Driven by passion
We believe every small and medium-sized business deserves access to expert accountancy support, practical advice, and modern technology — without the complexity or cost that usually comes with it.
Our story started with our founder, Manny Rai, who built his career at top international firms including Goldman Sachs, KPMG and Accenture. Working with large organisations taught him a lot about what great financial strategy looks like — but it also opened his eyes to something else: smaller businesses often don’t get access to the same level of service, insight and tools.
That sparked an idea. Manny wanted to build an accountancy practice that brings the very best of what he’d seen in big business to the world of SMEs — with clarity, care, and real-world support.
From its beginnings working from home, the practice quickly gained momentum. We built trusted relationships with local businesses, earned industry recognition, and became known for accounting services that goes beyond the basics. Today, we’re proud to be one of Coventry’s established accountancy practices, operating from our office at Electric Wharf by the canal — and still growing strong with a trusted team of accountants .
